Tentative....
Maybe get David Moon out for a ride too if he's not busy cooking up a storm?
I would need a pick up (and drop off) from a train station. Is Hornsby feasible for anybody?
I can pick you up and drop you off at Gosford, it's the train station closest to me and the start point.
Only issue is I can't always fit two bikes on my tow bar mounted carrier, so it might be a bit risky?
Cheers
Tentative...
Volker I can pick you up from Hornsby or maybe even closer to home. We'll just need to work out which station works best. That should allow you to leave home a little later than Gosford as Geoff is coming from the north.
If you could remember to bring those ties that would be good.
Thanks for the offer, Geoff. I might go with John, probably more convenient for everybody.
John, make your pick on which station. I'll be on the North Shore Line with Hornsby being the last stop. Whichever station works best for you.
No worries Volker.
Cheers
Geoff
... if the weather is OK. Will bring a mate along as well.
... some good hill training and a new way into the OGNR for me. Good to meet a few new faces.
Not as much elevation gain as I thought!
Thanks for organising Geoff. That was fun. Great workout.
I think it's the fact that you do nearly all the elevation in just 2 climbs. Thanks for the ride guys great fun, sort of.
It is a scenery ride. Epic! Thanks for organising.
Thanks Guys, it was nice to put faces to names. I had a great ride and Ross I hope you recover from your injuries soon.
