Are any of the "beginner newbies" interested going back to Terrey Hills this Sat morning 1/3?

After quite enjoying my maiden nobmob ride on Sunday I was hoping that perhaps a few of us "beginners" could go back this saturday morning for a slightly shorter ride. Maybe start at the track entrance at Japanese School and just go to the first look out (not sure what its called) and back.
I really want to try and get on my bike more reguarly and would love to have some companions to ride with that are at similar level to me. (That being:COMPLETE BEGINNER - MOST OF THE HILLS AT TERREY HILLS WERE TOO DIFFICULT FOR ME TO CLIMB AND IM SORE TODAY)
Thats not to say that if anyone wanted to shaperone and give us much needed guidance, they would not be welcome???
I was thinking about Sat 1/3 at say 7.30/8am.?
I also have Thursday and Fridays off work so would be more than happy to go out then too if anyone else is free on those days (mornings preferable)
Also, just wanted to say thankyou to all of you for your patience, kind words and helpful tips on Sunday (Particularly Christine who showed me how to stay on the bike while flying down a hill - very useful tip). It was terrifying and exhillerating all at once and Im so glad I dragged myself out of bed to join in.

A few friends and I do Lane Cove most Friday arvo's starting at 4pm from the South End of Kissing Point road. On Friday I can do Lane Cove (or something) morning and will probably be back there at 4pm.

Lane Cove is an excellent flat novice trail with some variety. I suggest park south end of Kissing Point Road and ride upstream towards the M2, then come back. It's just over 1 hour. We normally do it twice. The first time super slow, the second time a bit faster.

Busy Saturday.

...would love to do Terrey Hills on Saturday, but riding Manly Dam on Sunday and walking in the Mardi Gras parade on Saturday night. I think even I have my limits...Would be up for a newbie ride the weekend after.
Cheers

Jemima is making excuses (about the ride Stu!) but I am working on that..... being sore is what its all about, get back on the bike and push through the pain I say!
I may have to work, if not I will be there to chaperone if you dont get a better offer (Lol) in which case I will just ride.

As a complete biginner too, I'd really like to get some more rides to build up experience and a bit more strenth to get up those hills. I would definatly be in for Saturday.

I often have days off during the week so would be interested in rides Thursday/Friday, or any day I'm off work. This week is not good, but next week I'd be up for a ride any day.

I really enjoyed the ride last sunday, and would also like to thank everyone for their encouragement.
