2014 Absa Cape Epic - The Journey Continues

Another month has gone by, and we are only one month away from our biggest challenge to date - 2014 Absa Cape Epic.

For all our supporters, have a read to what we have been upto over the last month, whilst you have been enjoying your summer holidays Smiling

- 5am Starts, long weekends on the bike
- Threshold Tests, Intervals, Hill Repeats
- Work, Family and NO alcohol
- Sessions that just have to happen - no matter what the weather
- Some of the more special places that riding a MTB takes you

For all the details, sit down, grab a coldy, and have a read !

See you all on the trails.

Thanks Ian.

We are starting to get the hang of the blog / story telling as well. Plus a couple of pictures
Helps set the context.

Glad you liked it.

We maybe up in the mountains for one last ride before we leave.

As someone who follows the Cape Epic every year, it's great to have theses insights into your preparation. I think I read there will be live online tracking this year too, so we'll be able to follow your progress each day. Enjoy the final preparation.
