I have a set of LB rims being laced up at the moment also with Hope hubs.

I got the all mountain ones for the Bronson. 27mm .. Looked like a downhill rim... Geez they were wide!!

Are they the rims on this bike??

Yep carbon Light Bicycle rims.

33mm Hookless AM rims.

Very interested to hear how these rims go. I'm thinking of lacing up a pair of their 29er hookless rims for the Scalpel.

Although I'll probably brand them "hawkeye"

@kit, you do it like this:

Have done around 600-700k on them now including 6 days straight in Rotorua and haven't had any problems at all. They are a very stiff/light set of wheels. The 33mm wide rim really gives the tyre a lot of support and stops any float.

My biggest complaint is the service from the manufacturer, they don't reply to emails much and it took well over 5 weeks to get the wheels.
