So the Goat Farm hoodoo has struck again. Managed to drop the bike on a rocky up hill climb with the result being that I've put a nice little scratch in the Kashima coat. Does anyone know if there's anything that can be done to fix it?
Cheers

I used to work in a motorcycle shop. To fix a scratched fork we would use nail polish. Just brush it on and sand it back when dry. You could probably even get a nice gold colour to match. We only used clear. Good luck.

Use epoxy.
Just remove any burrs first so the seal won't get chopped out. For really light scratches you may not need to do anything else.

Cheers Fellas. The scratch is only minor but I can feel that it has small burrs so I'm concerned that it will wear the seals quicker. I've sent an email to Sola Sports who are the Fox distributors plus I'll have a chat with the guys at the LBS. Hopefully it's no big deal. Thanks for the replys.

I have used an aluminium filler before and it worked well, much easier to level than an epoxy too.

I was under the impression that Blonde(Bikes?) could repair a stanchion and then cover it their supposedly more slippery/durable coating but it would cost more $$s and I could have misread it as I often do.
