Duck/Centre both ways sounds great
Will say maybe at this stage I have the flu and might be good to go by Wednesday how fast do you want to go.
Thought I was ok on Saturday so rode to the dam but had to pull the pin (sorry Gavin) after doing the first section up to the golf club carpark so rode back to Centenial park and then to work at Annandale I was hammered.
except i can guarantee i don't want to do that ride backwards so maybe will try to keep up with you for the first part and then finish doing Centre track... will see...

Thats the beauty of this ride. If you don't want to do it again backwards, you can just take the short road section back to the cars.

Don't worry Damien, I'll always be stopping so that the group never gets too far apart as per all the other night rides. If you feel up for it then come along for sure.
As for pace, my pace can hardly be described as fast so even with a flu I think you will be fine.
Probably wont make it as I feel about the same as yesterday want to give myself half a chance to get better before Andersons on Sunday.

Hi Guys/Girls,
Pretty keen to get out a few times during the week and looking to get our skills up seeing as we have not actually done a lot of riding let alone night riding. Just wondering if this night ride is a regular thing or not? and would you reccomend it for beginners?

Just keep an eye on the calendar.
Terrey Hills is defo the night ride choice of the newbie, watch out for posts about the tavern and taking beer on the trail if you want to take things easy rather than treat it as training!
LOL Im having enough trouble trying to stay on the bike without beer so I think I will pass on that one. I gather there isn't a ride on this wed? There are 2-3 of us that are interested. Not sure our lights (76 LED ebay cheapies) are going to suffice yet
but there has been a lot of rain so we haven't posted much and most of us are riding this weekend at the dirtworks so we wont be riding this week either.
So
Just feel free to post a ride for the midweek, yes Terry Hills is the normal choice and we normally have a beer or two afterwards at the tavern.
