Helmet Question

Howdy!

Another helmet question guys.

1. How to know if your helmet needs replacement after 2 to 3 years of using without hard impact or dent?
2. How to spot wear and tear on helmet?

Any help would be much appreciated.

General rule of thumb is if you land on your head replace your helmet, unless you have abused it when not on your head it should be fine.
