Tentative.

Are shovel and fork good enough?

Ray R's picture

Hi Ross, a shovel and fork would be great thanks. We will be putting together a range of tasks, and can be flexible on the day depending on numbers/tools/etc available.

My son and I would like to come along and help with the works. We have not been involved in any club functions but we have ridden Yellowmundie a fair bit.
Do you want me to bring-
Whipper snipper (cord type)
Chain Saw
Shovels, Rake ETC

Thanks - yes, your help would be really good. Whipper snipper, shovel, rake all good.

NPWS tend to get a bit worried about chain saws, and we don't tend to really need them. We meet at the (normal) top gate at 8.30am for a safety briefing then get into it.

Last time i was there the most useful power tools people brought were a brushcutter / whipper snipper esp through the lantana sections. I just used a hand set of hedge shears which still came in handy.

Unfortunately i can't make it that weekend though
