Ok.
So myself and @Giantnut were enthusiastically cruising the terrey hills trail network this morning. Having a great ole ride.... Then as we were hauling ar$e down the duck holes downhill section, we come around a corner and OMG very near miss with a moto coming the opposite direction. GN hit the tree line, I was lucky enough to be already off line and had him pass by my left.... I managed a quick glance backwards as he kept going to see the bike sporting a number plate! Not your usual no plate anonymous bandit.
I'm hoping the small group of Mtb riders we passed 2 mins earlier were able to let him know that he / she shouldn't be riding a motorbike on that particular trail (to the best of my knowledge anyway).
Oh and to the bucks ride group.... What a bunch of champions taking the buck for a Mtb ride the day before it officially becomes harder to buy a new bike... Ie get married. Must have been a good 20 riders with party whistle things etc. Good luck !

Saw a guy once with a red road motorbike parked 20m off-trail, helmet off, at the bottom of the steep descent section with what looked like a rifle bag.
Mentioned it to the lady at the NPWS kiosk and she was rather interested and got on the blower right away. Didn't hear what if anything happened.
I saw a black road motorbike in exactly the same spot, Duckholes downhill, I was going down, during the Christmas week. We managed to avoid each other and I didn't get a plate number. There are always motorbike tracks around Duckholes and Chiltern and there will probably be more now that horses can use these trails and the gate at Chiltern (Chiltern Rd end) has been altered, making the gap wider to accommodate them.
Great fun.
Had challenges organized throughout the ride which kept things interesting!

Challenge 2 - Overtake some Roadies on hill up to West hd - Tick
Challenge 3 - Blackflash not having a monumental off requiring Heli eVac - Tick
Challenge 4 - Something not breaking on BlackFlashes bike - Fail
