Nothing technical, enough signs about the place to keep you from getting totally lost. Not a lot of climbing. Check out the CORC web site: http://www.corc.asn.au/
If you're looking for flowing descents, you're better off heading to Stromlo. Sparrow Hill/Kowan is all XC. It flows beautifully and they're great trails but maybe not what you're after. The trails there are all marked out well and there is a loop that's well signed so you won't get lost.
If you want some flowy fun in Kowen hit Sideshow, Rolling Thunder, Beer Garden, Back Nine and over in the far east there's Love you long time. They can all be cruised or smashed depending what you want.
I'm not saying it's not flowing, it doesn't descend like Skyline or Luge at Stromlo.
Sparrow Hill / Kowan definitely flows well.
I think Big Wednesday is over in the far east like Love You Longtime.
I lurve the way that section flows. Like surfing a *really* long left hander
