Seaforth Land Sale
Saw this today - it's hard to work out but might affect the golf course ST?

A staggering 4132 sqm, to the rest of us that is just over one acre .....
Nah, the ST looks like its clear of this lot.
I'd post a map but can't work out how.
From the map it looks like it just misses it. Just.
Great spot to live though!
Couldn't quite figure how to add the image directly into this post, so see compilation image in separate post.

Thanks Hawkeye - I tried following the instructions, but they just weren't clear enough for an ol' fart like me! I'm used to a simple button that says "attach".

Maybe we could all chip in & buy it - turn it into a mini-mtb park?
how do blocks of land like this (and as another example the new subdivision at the end of Bantry Bay Road) even end up for sale?
these blocks should be included into the parks and reserves they border, instead our land managers are bleeding valuable resources to developers!!! not happy..
Seeing as how its adjacent to the water tank, its probably surplus Sydney Water land.
For it to get included into a National Park or Resereve, it would have to be purchased by NPWS or Local Council. I can't see Sydney Water "donating" it....
