Tell us a story, what is the damage and where?
Sorry to hear you're hurt.
Hope you heal up fast!
Not 100% sure but I think I came off at pace, quite close to Nyrang Road. Front wheel skipped out, lost grip, landed knee first on a big rock in the centre of the track (where there is big channel to the left). I then flipped onto my left forearm and right hand before somehow hitting the back of my helmet.
Luckily I was close to a road so with some help I was able to get to an ambulance. The damage was pretty intensive. Deep lacerations to my left knee (imagine a palm sized opening across my knee) which meant I could see my whole knee cap. Suspected fractured left arm (wasn't), fractured right wrist (wasn't) and neck/head damage (wasn't). My helmet (Giro Atmos so a good quality one) had compression damage on the back and 3 cracks running along the front, so it did a great job of lessening the impact.
2 hours in the operating theatre, 2 nights in the hospital, lots of pain (and pain killers) and a slow recovery on the cards. Leg is now more sore for being straight for over a week in a splint!
But, all good as it could have been a lot lot worse.
