Bike bag QR to Tru Axle conversion

Does anyone have any suggestions for converting a Scicon bikebag with a QR system to fit my MTB with Tru Axle's? I see there is a Thule add on but it's a bit steep at $80.

Do you have access to a hacksaw and a drill with both 9mm and 15mm bits?

Not really Kit and I haven't bought the bag yet. I'm being very lazy about this so will just find an easier solution. Thanks though.
