Well it was a lovely -1 this morning when I headed out the door for my morning ride. Canberra is great for riding whatever your preference, road, cycleways, and of course mountain biking, but it's bloody cold and it's not even winter yet, wish me luck with my first winter down here, I hope I don't die from exposure.

... it doesn't take long to acclimatise. Just invest in some good gear to keep your extremities warm (gloves & booties/shoes) and make sure everything is windproof. Soon you'll be laughing at your soft co&K mates in Sydney who won't go out unless it's double digits
Don't worry, I've seen plenty of snow under the wheels this last year and survived and I'm real soft!
So you'll be fine!
