Seat Fitting
So, my seat on both the MTB and roadie are causing significant numbness in the front carriage. I have written a letter to Santa's Minister and they have agreed to a new seat 
Question is, where can I go to get an assessment of the type of seat that suits my anatomical needs?
I am located on the Northern Beaches but can travel if need be.

Best thing I ever did (for cycling that is).
I have a spare WTB Speed V if you get stuck. Not one for the XC racers, but comfy for shits and giggles rides. I'm super sensitive on the road bike which is why I saw Steve and tried 7 seats before finding relief on a Selle Anatomica. Strangley I can last half a day on the MTB with the WTB.
Maybe check out the SMP range. They have some MTB seats among a mainly road focused range. Steve stocks SMP.

Really the only way to figure out what will work for you is trial and error. I doubt anyone can get in your groin and measure the exact position of your nerves etc. Years ago I was getting numb on long rides and just tried saddles until I found a cure.
In recent years I did try ISM Adamo Prologue which was specifically designed for this problem. Picture sitting on the Millenium Falcon from Star Wars. You sit on the front of your sit bones rather than the rear. It takes a few weeks to get used to as you are sitting on a completely different part of your body but once you bed it in they are very comfy and no pressure on your perineum.
If you'd like to borrow one for a while I did lend my spare to @blackflash. Don't think he liked it so is probably not being used.
