Just a fun lap of the dam as I haven't been there for simply ages - not doing the hill down to the river (too wet), will cross the Wakehurst and go up that side - no, not into the illegal stuff!
Will be a normal speed ride

hi guys been on this site for some time now, but this is my first ride with the group looking forward to it, cheers Trent.

I will be out there but I have to go a bit earlier so I can get two quick laps in before heading off to work.
...but 8am is simply too early for me, knowing I'm going out tonight. Next time...

After spending last Sunday at Killy I'm grounded this weekend
. Although, in saying this, I will probably still get out Sunday arvo if I'm lucky.
I've done several rides hungover... its surprisingly refreshing

I just don't think I'll make it home in time to get changed and head back out. But you never know...I'll be at the Dam on Sunday morning for a lap.
are you being non social and excluding others from a ride? Now you'll be getting them to hurry up when they are on a ride

I notice you only want 8 riders
... if I am allowed I might come along for a lap with you guys.
After I'll ride over to Oxford Falls, slippery dip etc. and then on to Red Hill via the sports academy for some exploring and single track searching (the stuff I was talking about at the pub the other night). I'll be aiming to get around 50 kays in total (tall order I know but I need the training) at a decent pace if I can. If anyone fancies similar let me know...

I have not met you and therefore cannot determine if the ride is open to more than 8?? I will hopefully be riding there tomorrow around that time so if its open to more I wouldn't mind riding too. I put hopefully as Im still trying to shake a cold!

Thanks all - great fun.
Pretty eventful day for me. First my gear cable "bursts" and I'm forced to ride single speed (which was quite an insight actually). Then I get that fixed and ride to Slippery Dip and manage to have the biggest MTB crash of my life. My epic Saturday ride was shorted to about 20kays. Still, it was great to check out that track at B.Bay, that rock slop downhill is sweet, and also have an excuse to replace my helmet which conveniently split down the middle
