Capertee Challenge
The Capertee Challenge is back on! Stunning scenery, great trails!
Use your Mogo-trained legs to take on this great race through the worlds second largest enclosed valley!
This is a mountain bike event where you challenge yourself, the elements and the clock over two circuits of 52 kilometres each.
The course is set in the Capertee Valley, 180 kilometres west of Sydney , Australia, in a stunning area comprised of sandstone cliffs and abundant wildlife. There are some easy and some difficult sections on the course.
The Saturday afternoon is a 52 kilometre circuit, starting and finishing at the camp site.
The next morning the course will be run in reverse, and that is where you can challenge yourself, your time from the day before, and the overall result.
The best time overall (combined times from Saturday and Sunday) will be the winner and have their name and time on the Perpetual Trophy to be held at the Capertee Hotel.
The Capertee Challenge is run by the Paraplegic Benefit Fund of Australia, and the Capertee and District Progress Association.

have been wanting to ride in this area for ages.wollemi national park, haven't heard of this race before but am really keen to give it a go. should be good fun, as long as i can keep my drink intake to a minimum on the saturday night.
I'm now not in this race any more ,wife has made other comitment's for me. not happy jan.
Your wife seems to be a problem. I know a fellow who is a cleaner. He cleans up peoples problems. Then, there is no more problem.
I like your way of thinking, but If I don't have anyone to cook, clean, wash, iron, @ look after the kids, my riding time will be seriously diminished.
