You are classic Pikey.
is there any chance of doing that one Paul took us on before - you know, where we go down that track to Forestville and the oval and back through the roads (a bit not much) back up to go over the bridge for the retirement village part - you know where i mean?!!!! lol
Yes that track is quite good. I'd be up for that.
Greg. I may run a bit late for this one so I may have to catch up to you lot. I'll let you know on the night if I'm running late.
That is the extra loop Rob took Junkie, Andy and I on that 33 deg C day the other week, He tried to kill us you know!
So yes to the surgestion.

and what a great surgestion that is!
hehe
It must be that evil liver of yours giving you surgestion, or is that the name of the operation to remove it, eh Pikey?
Is anyone interested in doing a FAST lap at about 6:15 before the more leisurely one at 7pm?
.. to, but I will be in Menai....@ 8pm! ohh ahhh
Bernd
Thanks Pikey, I thoroughly enjoyed the additional trails (excluding the hike-a-bike section) which took the ride to a tad over 18k's.
I'm now tempted to explore the Forestville side a little more to see if a few more trails can be added.
thank you everyone for a fun ride, it was nice and relaxing! And thank you Jay for fixing my flat tyre and to those of you who we did manage to squeeze a quick beer in with!
so enjoyed that ride!
MEEEE
ps hike a bike is fun paul!!
Thanks for the added sections. I live 800 m from the Forestville fire trail, and have never ridden it.
Once again, I had plenty of opportunity to commune with the rocks.
Nick.
