Early-ish lap of the dam. Normal / social pace - suitable for all.
"Stimulus ride" to stimulate the Northern Beaches' economy!
Create precious jobs and extra revenue for all the Local Bike Shops & doctors / hospitals, by going extra hard and breaking / wearing out lots of expensive parts for immediate replacement ($$$). Go hard, spend hard! Do it for Australia!

I'm not signing on for this ride though, I'm not getting any Stimulus cash so need to save all my money to stimulate the New Zealand economy next month
