Hey John and Nobmobers

here is a cool recipe from the Sustagen Website to make your own muesli bars (you can also make them gluten free by using rice flour instead of normal flour and no Oats and Bran )

¼ cup sultanas
¼ cup chopped dried apricots
¼ cup processed bran
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup self raising flour
¼ cup water

Preheat oven to 180°C (360°F) conventional/ 170°C (340°F)
1/
fan forced. Grease and line a 17cm x 27cm cake pan.
Place butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan. Cook over
2/
medium heat stirring continually until sugar is dissolved.
Set aside to cool slightly.
Combine Sustagen
3/ sport Formula with remaining
ingredients and stir in cooled butter mixture.
Spoon mixture into prepared pan and smooth over the
4/
surface with back of the spoon or wet hands.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
