Part of my DW100 training goal is to not only make quarry track my friend, but to make it my bitch!
Thats the attitude you need to take with that pig of a climb Eye-wink

First serious hill I took on all those years ago... and its still a bitch. But I love it as much now as ever. Heath is a close second.
If I could ride to work I would... wondering if Belrose to Redfern is doable or if I should forgo the yard and double garage for a unit in Chatswood? (My current dilemma)

Yes - I read something somewhere that you should find a nice hill that it takes abotu 6 minutes to ride up and repeat it.

I only did one repeat once which is pretty soft Who's game for a Quarry challenge ride? We go do laps of down Heath, up Quarry, down Quarry, up Heath, down Heath... Laughing out loud

You could cut Heath out if you like Eye-wink

Update: here's an old profile I found from doing Cascades with some repeat hills. Looks like I did a lap then turned round top of Heath, went down there, up and down Quarry twice and back out:

From this I guess down Heath, up Quarry, down Quarry, up Heath is about 6Km, just over 200m vertical. Shall we start with 5 repeats? Eye-wink
