Anybody know what all the white arrows around manly dam are for? (apart for the obvious smarty pants answer i know someone like me would put up about them being for directions)

Guessing that they're for walkers or runners, from a club maybe?
Or, I'd say they are for people that are so stupid they need arrows to guide them around the trail, that they're also so stupid that they'd be duped into riding around the Dam the wrong way...
