Wanting to get back to some fun riding now that all the big races are over for a little while, the idea was to ride the DH tracks & ease back into some DH riding.
There are quite a few trails to choose from to cover a wide range of abilities although you will require reasonable bike skills. This ride is NOT for new riders!
If you feel like you need your armour bring it along & please know your own abilities.
Everyone rides at their own risk.
Hope to see some of you there
Who's in?

Are you planning on doing (like road to nowhere or whatever they are called) or are you planning on the downhill track?
I think it will be the DH tracks.
... everything else that's fun being illegal.
Yep, anything that is fun has to be outlawed, thanks to the fun police.
Well I have been advised against this kind of play time on the bike for a few days due to my bung knee so I'm out. Spewing too... Good spot and great crowd along!
Steve doesn't get on here much but I know he will be turning up tomorrow morning.
Which by the look of it makes it 5 Poms in attendance tomorrow morning.
FR / DH Ashes anyone?
Hello all,
I hope everyone else had a fantastic ride. It sounded like it.
For those not on the ride, Ditty had a small off which looked like it could have been a broken hand, and a cut requiring stitches. Thankfully it was more minor than it looked... no break to the hand and a minor cut to the forehead. Maybe Bruce can post up the 'after' picture of my head? Its always the small stacks... at least Lee didn't laugh at me when I stacked it. And thanks for the quick first aid mate.
See you out there soon!
Sounds like a fun ride - Where abouts did you come off?
