Details:
This ride has a bit of everything, some sweet single track, one of the fastest and most technical fire trails i have ever ridden, northshore ramps and jumps, some leg burning hills and a couple of different ecosystems. I know a loop around there which is around 20 something kilometers which is pretty good fun.
This is not for beginners. Come along if you typically going fast down hills and slow up hills.

Some one else post's a ride at Menai for a Sunday morning and I can't make it.
Benny-B, if you make it Saturday, I'm there.

I will be at the freeride area but will be staying there (on the big bike)rather than hitting the trails.
Aiming to meet at the Barden Ridge Sports centre car park at 8am if you are interested.
I think this might get bagged if we get much rain on Friday and Saturday.
Sooooo sick of fricken rain. I'm going to have to go to the gym if this keeps up.

I don’t live to far from Menai and there’s been a lot less rain down there over the past week or so.
I rode there in the week and it was ok.
I’m really trying for a pass to come along, but I have to be finished quite early to stand any chance of getting one.
Would you consider starting a bit earlier?
