after a stress filled work week , a ride fifteen minutes from home.
I have not fully recovered from last weekends three hour induced flu ( man flu in fact .....um a cold ) but am really looking forward to a ride in the morning . Havn't been on any tech rides lately so may be a little slow ( probably be the same if i had though )

Not going for a race either so should be fine. I've got a black Mazda 4WD and will look out for you.
I don't suppose you can start a little earlier?
I have a pass for the morning but I need to be back before lunch. How about 08:00 start?

I have to come from inner west of Sydney so takes me about an hour or so. If 8.30am suits we could do that?

There is now no excuse for me not to get my tech skills up to speed with this place so close to home . It is an awesome track , with the obvious exception of the little techy bit where my bike decided to do a little cartwheel , and all up a good place for me to train too

Wayne, shouldn't worry about that technical section too much, you made it through there first time round. Unlike some of us..... I think we should call that section "The Ankle Biter".
Probably best not to mention what we called the rock at the top of that climb

we only repeated it. Look forward to doing it again and watching Wayne nail the roll off next time. He'll be there every day from now on so I reckon he'll have the ankle biter sorted soon (or if I was him I'd just remove it, we'd all thank him for it!)
