Short on conversation but a good workout anyway

After consulting the riders who turned up ... um me ... it was decided unanimously that a move to Stromlo was in order
( spooky forest alone syndrome at Sparrow ) . After Saturdays OTB fest , ok i went over only once , a cruisey twilight lap was in order around a familiar track . It was cold , bloody cold , i think the official temp was four deg but the air felt like ice . The climb up was made harder by the cold , my lungs said get back to the car or we will hurt you ...ha ha didnt listen though .
For the first time ever ,i didnt get too hot in my Frosty Boy, with a merino underneath, climbing .

The Dingo Descent makes it all worthwhile as it is so much fun and seems to just go on and ( much like me some would say ...)
Then the berm track after the bridge , what a great place but alas a second lap was just too hard as i would have had to move the car ( gates locked at 6.00pm in winter ) and park outside .

I may just have to knock off a little early tomorrow and have a flying , and warmer , two laps or perhaps a different track as there are now six marked loops here

Stromlo tomorrow night , Wagga Wednesday Night but will have to suffer on thursday as there are no trails that i know in Griffith

Ohh there is a Club race at Sparrow on sunday so i suppose i need to have thursday night off anyway

Don't you ever see anyone down there? Get them to join the ACT riders group Smiling

every night i would still fall short of a roid boy , just a little fitter thats all .
As for meeting anyone here , i do know a few riders so i will have to steer them to the ACT riders group . I will wear my new NobMob T shirt before the race on Sunday and see how we go

How did i get here ?
