Improving , ever so slowly

Happy days at Sparrow Hill . A great days racing was on today , a mild start with a very cold wind .
Good turn out , Although no NoBMob friends ......yet . This training may just be showing signs of working as i felt great at the start and charged off in about fith place and had the legs to hold off the masses of the furious D grade quicks for at least four k's ( i think thats when the Caffene wore off )
Then started to loose a few spots untill the end of the first lap . My speed or power aint great but in the secound lap started to get into a consistant groove and felt really smooth and flowing. Managed to bring it home in , what i feel , a respectable time of just over 52 min and 14th place .
As there are higher priority races coming up , my training will be stepped up and better results should follow
Also very notable was the condition of the track , there were two damp spots over the whole course ....awsome
