Wanted: Shitty old straight handlebar
Hi Guys
I'm after a old set of bars, preferably straight bars, to put on my wind trainer bike. The only requirement is that they have the older style 1" diameter clamping area, otherwise I don't really care (ape-hangers aside). Does anyone have something hanging around the shed they want to offload, happy to swap for a nice bottle of red. I'm in Manly

Standard training loop with a bit extra. A couple of sold climbs and some single fun that can be done a few times. Probably about 20-25kms all up in about 1.5hrs

Easy pace 50km along roads, bike paths and fire trails from Lisarow to Woy Woy, Kariong and return.

End of Quarry Road, Hornsby - Parking is well signposted, directing cars to park at the END of the road. If this is full, park in the Dural Street carpark.

The regular track maintenance day is happening on Saturday the 6th July @ 2pm. (always 1st Sat of the month)

North side focus
The work will be spread out on across a number of sites from quarry road to the end of Turkey Royale, including:
• Corner repair at a number of points
• Trail surface repair – erosion and exposed tree roots
• Work on Romsey Street
• Restoring out slope at beginning of Turkey Royale/end Cranberry sauce
• Erosion and drainage at end of Turkey Royale
Lisarow, Erina, Kincumber, Gosford, Lisarow

BI-LO Lisarow car park
Easy pace 40km ride.
From start point ride via roads, fire trails, bike paths and single track through Katandra, Rumbalara and Erina to top of Kincumber Mountain. Return to Lisarow via East Gosford and Gosford.
Couple of hills to climb on this one.

FULL MOON NIGHT RIDE
The Route: Terrey Hills, Perimeter + Long Trail(18.5km round trip)
This social ride starts at 7:00pm at the Japanese School Roundabout (end of Echunga road), to avoid the muddy bits. This will also give enough time to get back and share some 'tales and ales' and schnitzels at the Tavern.
Social Pace - newbies welcome too - the more the merrier.
