This is from the Glenbrook site, coming up from St Helena you will have come down by the fence opposite side of the tracks.
Top of the tough stuff
Coming up from the creek crossing after St Helena. That climb is a killer but thankfully it's all easier trail from here.
St Helena Pool (Duckhole)
Otherwise known as Duckhole I believe. You can cross the creek here at the shallow end (that's the right) as you come to this beach.
Be careful if you take your shoes off, broken bottles are around here.
St Helena Descent
We're into the steep section now, heading down to the pool. This is one of the more rideable, not so steep parts, so enjoy.
