Woodford to Glenbrook Classic 2014: 25 km Blue Mountains
Join the CareFlight Woodford to Glenbrook Classic 2014 and run or ride the Oaks Fire Trail through the beautiful Blue Mountains National Park from the town of Woodford down to the Euroka Clearing near Glenbrook.
Covering 25km of undulating bushland, the trail is incredibly scenic and a must for keen mountain bikers and trail runners. Participants are supported the full length of the track by Rural Fire Service crews stationed along the way, providing First Aid and drinks. A CareFlight doctor and St John Ambulance volunteers will also be in support.
New to Sydney
I have recently returned to Sydney after a few years in Europe. I am trying to get back into the MTB scene, and I am looking for a ridding buddy. I live in the lower north shore, I am in my early 40's. I ride a Trek Remedy 9 and love the single track and downhill. I am a big fan of Manly Dam.

A good downhill track in Sydney?
Hey guys
Just want to know if there are any good downhill tracks in Sydney (not private tracks)?
I've been riding Oxford Falls heaps but I would like to ride something more like the Awaba or Ourimbah tracks.
A track with technical areas but also just flowy and jump sections would be great.
Tracks that would be good enough for state series are the ones im interested in.
Greater Sydney area only
Cheers
oxford falls
Morgan Road, Belrose. At the second 90 degree right hand bend in the road. There's an area just before you can park and a firetrail heading off to the left.... i guess. if anyone wants to change this we can accommodate.
Hey guys. Just trying to organise a ride at oxford falls for the 9th of april. I will be making my way there from sydney city so if anyone wants to tag along for the trip you are more than welcome. Details are ready to chance (apart from date) to accommodate for you.
JetBlack 24 Hours Sydney 2011
Del Rio Resort is on Riverside Drive, Webbs Creek, NSW.
We opened registration on Friday and they starting to come in already.
New in 2011 will be a 6+6 hour option and team sizes are solo and teams of 2,3 and 4.
Don't wait to long especially if you want to book a cabin. We reserved the entire resort and it will fill up very fast.
There is the boathouse and the cabin which house 32 and 20 people - if you guys want to get organised and get maybe 3-4 families together and book those it might work out really cheap.
Rider cap is 600 across both 6+6 and 24 hour races.
Warrimoo DH - Needs your support
Keep your eyes on this one guys as it has great significance to the local MTB scene!

Hey guys,
As you would be aware, Ku-ring-gai Council has recently put some signs up the top of the trail implying that it is an approved bike track. This is however not entirely the case. It was apparently too well built, to justify the cost of destroying it so they put the signs in as a temporary measure.
