Is it still possible to ride the manly dam track with all the rain we have had?
i was thinking of going out tomorrow.

I went on my first mountain bike ride on saturday around the Manly dam track, it nealy killed me. I need to work on my fitness.
I must say i am hooked and i can't wait to get out for another ride once my body recovers.
