I can't make the cascades ride tomorrow morning as I have a lot on during the day so I am thinking of doing the Manly Dam ride at (shock horror!!) 6:15am. Anyone interested? Meet at the start, 6:15am Smiling Yes, it's bright and early. Smiling

Well, it was a good ride, all be it windy - and I fell off...only once...grazed elbow and shoulder Smiling

manly's always a good ride. I got out there this morning and had forgotten my rear derailleur cable snapped last week at the oaks. Not even the opportunity to get blown-off! Oh well!

Mate, time for some elbow guards and other protection, before you come unglued and really hurt yourself.

I spent two days in hospital at Christmas last year because of some crazy stack I had whilst not wearing any elbow or leg guards.

I guess these are not for everyone, but your personal health is the most important thing there is. That's why you're out there, right? Smiling
