Details:
Going to ride the popular out and back trail, with a small loop thrown in, from Loftus Oval to Heathcote.
There’s plenty of fast flowing single track, a bit of fire trail and a couple of challenging hills thrown in. Pace will be medium (well for me medium, someone else may think it’s slow) and there will be limited stops.
Terrain isn’t too tricky, but good lights will be needed.

I have to give this one a miss , but all is not lost as i will be riding the Mogo trails that night from the Angry doctor and Stromlo the night before .....and a secret Canberra location Monday Night ...... But dont tell anyone....Ok
after today's ride i self assess as less than average fitness and ability ... in my circle of friends i'm not too bad but it's all relative ... lol
