There's a car park (click for foggy picture) on Springwood Road - just down the way from Hawkesbury Heights if you're looking for a suburb name.
WSMTB XC Club Race - 2010 Series Round 1
Registration: 8am to 9am
Kids Racing: 9am to 9.30am
All other Racing: 9.30am (Starting with A Grade through to Novice with about 1min intervals between grades).
Cost: $10 each for 15 years and older. $5 each for 10 years to 14 years. Under 10's free. If you aren't a member of MTBA then a day licence will need to be purchased this will cost $15

does anyone know if you can purchase an full mtba license and wsmtb club membership on the day?

I think I have seen full memberships on sale, but it would take months to get the card. They would give you a temp number which would be valid for a month (from memory).
I lost my MTBA card last year so carried around the receipt from joining CTMBC all year. No-one seemed to care and the little slip takes up less space in your wallet

Took 6 weeks to get my card last year.
