I usually go on a 25km loop on Mondays, around those areas, at around the same time. I live in Cromer, I ride from here to the start of the trail in Cromer Heights, which then takes you to near the Red Hill rock carvings, then head off from there along the different tracks to Wakehurst parkway, then head up to Oxford falls along the road, then hit the trails from there down to the Deep Creek, and then along the tracks to Narrabeen lake, then around the lake back to Cromer. About 2 hours of riding... nothing too hardcore... well running a bit late leaving now should be oxford way by 4:30..my number is 0421796499- dont know the trails ur talking about truthman, but im keen if its not tooooo hilly, is f*&^&*(g hot!..otherwise, ill meet anyone who wants to come at 4:30 in the usual oxford parking area? im in a white mitsubishi...
