Cyclinic
After having a SHITE day yesterday ( http://nobmob.com/node/1426#comment-2770 ) I had a REALLY GRRRREAT day today.
Cyclinic with Paul Rowney and Rob Eva, really cool. Too tired to write too much now, but, I can only recommend it. Well worth the money, and the blokes are really nice.
And i did it on my girlfriends 16kg old bike. Drift awaaaaaaaay!

It's well worth it for anyone interested in improving foundation skills. Did they give out stuff at the end this time? Last time everyone picked something up which just about covered the cost of the thing! The best kit was a helmet, SRAM X-7 stuff and backpack, not all to the one person obviously.
Matt.
PS - will you now be joining the granny-less?
I can only emphasize that I had a great day today. The giveaway at the end was cool (Gloves and lube always come in handy) -and the top giveaway was SRAM XO valued at 300-something dollars, or a near 300 dollar Giro Helmet - way to go! The guys and Sponmsors did good work.
My bike is nearly finished - waiting for my rear hub to be serviced, and my saddle to arrive in the post. Then it's off to the races next weekend! ( http://nobmob.com/node/1439 )
I'm gonna give the 2 by 8 a go - I still have the granny in case I do die, but I'll leave it off for the time being (thanks Matt/9 lives and Thanks Rob Eva!)
I can't wait to get back on the bike!
So whats Cyclinic?
I saw today's episode of Cycling Central on SBS today which had Mike Tomalaris at St Ives somewhere. In the background there were a bunch of MTB riders going round what looked like an obstacle course. Is this Cyclinic?
that might have been it. check this out: http://www.cyclinic.com.au/products/cyclinic/
Thought you lot might like to know there are still a few spots on the next two Cyclinic Days, November 17 & 18 at St Ives
