iPhone Developer Wanted

I know you said that you weren't too keen on these outsourced shops OS but we have had good success with different projects within the company using www.elance.com. Not sure if you know of it but you essentially post your "job" on the website and then people bid for it and can show examples of what they have done, etc. and then you accept one of them if you are happy. The bidders could be anywhere in the world.

We are a .Net development house (internal products) but are tentatively thinking about an iPhone application. Rather than hiring an Objective-C developer or having one of existing developers learn it is almost odds on that we would use elance.
