Hey guys,
Im new to allthis but i want to seriously get involved....just wanted to know what kind of training should i do to get myself fit enough to do DH runs???

The best training for riding is riding.
Mate just get into it. Start easy and build into it.
If you then become competitive cross training becomes important but until then just ride

Just start riding, have fun. DH isn't just about going down hill either. It does require a fair bit of skill and a heap of balls. If you are real keen, possibly getting into one of those skills clinics. They can teach you the basics and beyond, so you can get out there and do it with some sort of knowledge. You also have to be fit, some tracks still require pedalling, so just doing kms on your bike is important too.
