The track rocks for enduros.
I'm spewin' I'm going to miss it...
Can the trail be ridden any time? or race day only?
it is private property i hear, so only can be ridden on day of event
I've added Dargle Farm in the rides DB. Mainly for directions. If anyone wants to take some shots representative of the track, and maybe write a report that would be tops
Can anyone tell me how long the drive time is from newcastle to dargle farm ? thanks
Part of why I added that trail DB entry is that it has a location (and if you are logged in directions) link.
Google says 196km from Newcastle to Dargle Farm as you basically have to come via Sydney.
you will be coming down Friday night . There is a camping ground there as it has been posted , get in early to set up camp, might even consider it too as it will be a long day for me as well
Thanks for that rob i'll will come down via peats ridge/wisemans ferry. And yes smiley looks like ill be bring the swag do you think i will be able to get a lap in if im early?
do a very early morning lap maybe .
Hi guys,
The track will be open for practice from Friday afternoon. About 12km long. Some sweet singletrail broken up by wider trails and one longer firetrail, so overtaking won't be as hectic as Awaba. One pinch climb towards the end and the best descent into an event centre.
We will groom the track again on Sunday August 1, no need to build just remove some rocks. Feel free to come but send me an email first: [email protected] and I will send you details re time etc.
Cheers,
Martin
"and the best descent into an event centre"
