are the trails at Glenrock marked or signed so first timers don't get lost or end up where they shouldn't be.

There are no singposts or trailmarkers yet, the NPWS are working on it.
The best map to use is probably this, Browny's Map Being a photo you can probably find some of the landmarks.
Browny's been quite the GTA legend hasn't he??
