....I tried to keep up with him but nearly puked and still lost 48 seconds....the man is on top form!!
After this morning I know form is just temporary - Phil when you are going to join us - riding early 3 days a week - normally dam or some interval training.
Would love to. Just got get this broken shoulder healed then count me in. Shouldn't be too much longer, making speedy progress.
