Time:
00:36:59 Good time but not a great run... missed both the stairs... didn't have the legs or concentration to hit them properly.... still happy with the time and on my way to 35 minute goal time.
Mental gates... more for my interest when looking back
Parkway to the creek; 1:40
Top of Heart Break hill; 3:34
Top of single trail; under 9:58
Hydro lab; 16:15
School; under 19:27
Gold Course; under 28:09
Back to Parkway; 36:59

Hmm I see I have much work to do, Sensei. But the road ahead is clouded by lack of oxygen and a build up of lactic acid.
Great stuff. Having a look at your splits i can tell you where i think you are losing time.
Parkway to the creek; 1:40 Great time.
Top of Heart Break hill; 3:34 Also great time
Top of single trail; under 9:58 Try and take another 30 secs off here.
Hydro lab; 16:15. Not bad - maybe a tad quicker on the flat bits.
School; under 19:27 Also ok - but again - its a big hill on a sealed road. Keep your cadence up
Gold Course; under 28:09 As above - mainly road.
Back to Parkway; 36:59 Yippee!!! Time for a spew....
I have found using a lock out for the front and the back on the non tech sections helps with the speed. Dont push too hard over tech bits - its not worth it... Yet.
Youre on your way to a sub 35.... Keep it up.
Yeah the flats and hills are where I need to find time.... the 30 seconds to the top of the single trail shouldn't be too difficult.
I still do want to get to Hydro in 15 minutes.. there's a couple of sections where I'm rolling instead of powering.... bit more strength and fitness should sort me out.
Out of interest what does it take others to get from Hydro to Golf Course..... To get to 35 (and eventually go below) this is where I have to put the most work in!
