Not a PB but think I may be able to get under 1:10 in the next 2 weeks

How was the track condition?

Did 3 gates with a Douglas st/Cambournes transition. Too knackered for Stone Pde....
How bad is the Quarry track after the rain? I didn't enjoy going up (well, naturally) or down. Seemed like every rock smaller than a tennis ball has been removed...Un-like.
Was that you parked at Ralston/Elm in the white subaru?
Quarry was ok... Rocky sections were as rocky as ever.

I was the puffed out dude with the witty "better now!" response to your "how's it going?". Probably came out sounding like "hebber dow"...
Understood the response.... Was the "I've just ridden cascades and climbed the Heath track and I now about to die" version of "better now"... I felt the same way an hour later
