15.4Km Start at the gate at Cnr of Ralston and Elm Sts Belrose. Yes - this challenge starts/ends at the gate not top of Heath Track (and certainly not the newish gate part way down).
Follow Heath Track to bottom and then take Quarry Track up to park gate #1.
Back down to Heath and then take Lower Cambourne/Cascades up to St Ives gate #2.
Back down Cascades and up to Davidson gate #3.
Back down and then Bare Ck/Heath back to start (gate #4).
Put gate split times in sound bites.
A great fitness ride!
