Seeing as some people have already made the pilgrimage to the Mont, I thought I would post a quick good luck message to those riding and those unsung heroes - the supporters!

Hope you have a mechanical free event and a safe journey (there and back!)
Cool

The course is sweet with lots of tight and loose corners. Perfect for me!
Getting pretty cold down here but we have all the usuall comforts. I've even got a shower tent this year!

After seeing the set up last year it is pretty bad , I didn't shower till I got home on Sunday arvo . Lucky I had deoderant that weekend . Mmm only 9 hrs into the race hope people are still smiling now ?

Actually, the showers this year are kick ass (least they were earlier). Although I left soap in there again (did the same last year!).

They also have campsite WiFi for checking results, although couple hours old Sad This isn't internet connected mind, having to use Optus 3G which is actually pretty nice here! Love the Android hotspot Laughing out loud

We have the event radio playing and it's pretty entertaining although people are going to want to get some rest soon.

Has been sunny and prefect for riding (if a little dusty) . Although it's bl00dy cold now, there was so much dew on the tarp this morning Whisperer was able to do the dishes with the runoff!

Personally, although it's a bugger to be injured, I'm not minding having to rest up right now Eye-wink

Had a great blast for my first Mont with our 6 man team, Logans Shun..Erm Run was our team, with Brian, Craig, Dan, Jon and 1 lap Rainton, I will post up a blog once results are posted etc.

Great to camp with the likes of Gazza, Whisperer, Martine etc as it was great company.
