... is sccccuuuuuuummmmmm!

Hey, this is a MTB site Sticking out tongue

I might try scumming when I'm very, very old and the roads are a lot safer - due to lack of cars, due to lack of oil, due to no lack of stupidity.... ohhhh... political! Eye-wink

i live in quakers hill, this is close to the M2 and M7 so i ride those alot (road and cycleway), but i go in all sorts of directions from here, i am happy to travel for a road ride though.
This sat (tomorrow) i will be doing the M7 cyclway from sunnyholt rd entrance to somewhere between elizabeth drive and the M5, cycleway is only 3km from my door and then its safe car free riding all the way, leave at 7am, home between 9 and 9.30am

Most of my riding is actually road as i dont have the time for the mountain bike, 50-60km road ride in about 2hrs, i need a whole day to do these kms on the mtb once you factor in travel to and from the track.

Bugger - you and Bruce should hook up for rides.

I live in Narrabeen so it's a bit of a trip unless we meet up for long stuff like Peats Ridge or the equivalent... not a fan of driving to a location to do a road ride...

yeah Bruce only lives around the corner
i am not a fan of driving for a road ride either, but for a long haul or a few hills i may be tempted

I like long road rides but it can be hard to find people to ride with, Wollongong and back is one of my favourites and could be right up your ally ar_junkie it has an awesome downhill where 80kph plus using all 3 lanes passing the trucks is a hoot. I also ride to Canberra but only when I can come back in a car.
But I still have a broken hand and can't ride for another 2 weeks maybe 4 weeks for mtb sob sob.
Now I really really hate exercise bikes.
Oh and I have some stunning lycra that satisfies my need to dress in womans clothing Eye-wink
