MT Annan Loop
Mt Annan Loop
Reading the MT Annan Gardens website, it indicates riding for general public are during opening hours (10am - 5pm). An riding from dawn to dusk is available to friends of the gardens members.
I am an early starter, is there any option to ride the gardens early i.e 7ish without bein a friend of the garden. i.e can anyone just ride into the gardens from outside and park their car on the street ?

Rangers were getting angry a few months ago at the number of people riding the park outside opening times, that weren't friends of the gardens.
I think it's a $50 Annual Fee.
Worth paying imo if you are there more than say.... ONCE
Support the tracks!
I got stopped by the ranger and asked to show my membership card on sunday morning ,he was friendly, but I reckon If I didn't have my card he would have fined me!
Short answer is no you can't
we could tee up a double ride say river run at 8 am then mnt annan at 10 .I'm good for this most weekends.
I reckon its worth paying the fee.
Its clear they are really trying hard to make MTB available to the masses and should be supported by MTBers.
I'll be joining this week, as I reckon when summer comes, it'll be getting plenty hot and dry around there after 10am!
Thanks for the feedback guys.
Yep no problems about paying and supporting anyone who is investing into development of MTB's. I just wanted to ride the track at least once before too see what it was like before signing up.
Looks like I will get out there after 10 one day to see what its like, and take it from there. Coming from Avalon, not sure it will be a regular ride, but its worth it even for a few times a year.
@Craig, That double loop is what I was thinking this weekend if is too wet on one of the other options.
