29er Tyre
This is the tyre I'm running on my 29er. Its a Kenda Karma 29 x 1.9. I'm running it tubeless with 60g of sealant. So far I like them and at 539g they seem really good

Does the hanger card affect the grip or make a lot of noise flipping round?
Looks like it adds some weight.
My Bontrager XDX were rubbish. Lasted about a week before I wore the grip off with a mix of on and off road.
From medium amounts of trial and error, these Panaracer Rampage are work horses, great grip in the mud, great grip on the road and a very stable tyre all round to get you out of trouble. My first choice for discovering new places:

Only down side is, a little slow (2.35 wide!).
Currently running Hutchinson Python. Bought for the (cancelled) Husky 100km.

Really quick tyre but nearly came off going over some tree litter.
I also have the XDX & are crap for grip on the back so I tried the Geax (saugorno I think ) great on the back but no good on the front & now i'm running Ignitors all round good grip for my riding
Hey Brian I also run these on the front of my Pivot...and I've been so happy with them! They're great in sandy soils like ours and run really quickly. I notice you've opted for the 1.95 as opposed to the pretty standard 2.1's( which I have). I've heard some guys say that the 2.3's are best for all round riding. My Karma's are nearly done and I was pondering which Karma size to go for again. Did you want to go for minimal contact and speed?
Mine are the 1.9. 1.95 is the 26" version. I was recommended these when I bought my 29er based on the fact they are light for a 29" size tyre. I actually run crossmarks on my 26" as I'm one of few who like them. For me the 1.9 karma's will be for races. I'll have to measure the actual width and compare them to my crossmarks because different brand/model tyres can vary regardless of the stated width. Here's the specs for all the Karmas.
