Lost - Second wind pump on 22/7th
Hi all
I saw many riders out on sunday (22nd July) - had a great time myself. I lost my second wind pump. I think i lost it either on the extended loop of the dam (when you cross over the wakehurst parkway) or at the end of the normal loop on the slippery wooden descent (yes i crashed a few times on sunday)
It cost me ~$50 so if anyone finds it please let me know

... I picked up a fancy looking pump yesterday. It was on the section after the bog before passing the car park near the end of the lap.
Stuffed it in my backpack and didn't pay any attention to be honest, but I'll have a look this eve. PM me with the model/details/distinctive markings [ eg. did it have a 'Hello Kitty' charm attached?

Rob, I overtook you when you picked this up. I remembered because I was going to call out to you that you had dropped something. But you had already stopped about 20m onwards. When I saw this forum topic, I was going to ask you about this. But, you being you, you have selflessly offered it up.
Turns out the device in question is a Genuine Innovations Second Wind MTB Hybrid Inflator. I thought it was a CO2 only device, but turns out it also functions as a tiny pump for emergency situations where you're out of CO2. Wow, nice idea, good score on the trails.
Erm... only not as it turns out to belong to Patrase and back it goes
