Anyone got any recommendation of how to remove the cap, mine seems to be seized on, which is a tad annoying.

I have tried a pair of plyers to remove it as well.

Use your teeth.

If it's an aluminium cap it will expand off if you apply heat to it. Hot air gun would be ideal but even a well placed ciggie lighter flame so the heat but not flame is on the cap will work

I've had the same thing on my forks. It's probably just that there's grit in there. I flipped the bike upside down, shot a bit of WD40 in, left it for a while then the cap came of pretty easily with pliers. Those caps seem pretty fragile, so good luck Smiling

Gonna try WD40 I think!

Otherwise, can you buy the littlestems and repace them?

If you're talking the valve inner, it's just a standard Schrader car tyre valve insert. Any auto parts store should have them pretty cheap.

If you're talking the threaded tube the insert goes into, that the cap goes over and your pump screws onto, I'd be very careful. Not so easily replaced.

just put a smathering of grease on the thread as mine started to stick a bit-it must be the Aluminium thread which causes problems

Did you get this sorted out?
